Do I need a different account for each document workflow?
No. Resume, bank statement and credit card workflows belong to one Waahey Parser product. Sign in to Waahey and add Parser to your workspace.
Where do I upload my documents?
Documents are uploaded inside the signed-in Parser app, after your Waahey account and workspace access have been checked. This public website does not collect document uploads.
Which file formats does analysis support?
Use PDF resumes for candidate review. Financial workflows accept PDF, DOCX and XLSX files up to 5 MB per file. Excel data must fit within the first 1,000 rows of each sheet; split larger workbooks or upload a PDF.
Should I review the extracted information?
Yes. Check important dates, amounts, qualifications and other details against the original document before relying on an extraction. Parser helps organise information for your review.
How does usage work?
AI analysis uses the credit balance shown in your Parser account. You can check your balance and usage in Preferences & Credits before starting an analysis. Available purchase options depend on your account's payment setup.
